Current Series: "Redemption, Hope & Healing"
June 9th through July 28th, 2009 |
The Bible tells the stories of many broken, damaged and dented people. Some were murders, thieves and liars, while others were prostitutes,
cowards and hypocrites. The Bible recounts the stories of people whom, despite their failures and faults, God still loved and used in order to tell his story of grace, mercy and forgiveness. This summer we are going to retell these stories and seek to understand how God can bring redemption, hope, and healing into our own lives.

New Office and Warehouse
updated April 27, 2009 |
The Next Level Church has purchased an office building. Over the last 10 years we have been renting office space, but we now have the opportunity to purchase a building to save on rent. We have just closed on a building behind the Gothic Theater. If you would like to find out more about why we are making the move and our hopes for the new space, check out www.tnl.org/acoma.
200 Who Believe
The Next Level Church recently purchased 3220 S. Acoma, located in downtown Englewood. Thanks to funds from a building campaign several years ago, we were able to pay cash for the facility. We have taken a $200,000 construction loan to renovate and remodel the building. We are looking for 200 individuals or organizations outside of TNL who believe in our mission and purpose that would make a one-time contribution of $1,000 by Sept. 1. Will you help us find those 200 people? More information is available online at www.tnl.org/200 or the Information Table. |

Welcome Chip Anderson and Family
TNL Teaching Core Pastor |
In August of last year, we began a process of hiring our new Teaching Core Pastor. It was a time of evaluating our needs and confirming our values. We wanted someone who resonated with TNLC’s value on shared leadership, longing to serve inside of a team. We wanted someone who embodied TNLC’s values – a person who lived a communal, transformational, missional, and holistic life of faith, not just someone who could teach the ideas. Roughly 150 people applied for this position, and through a process of sensing God’s leading, we’ve found the person we believed he was bringing to our community – Chip Anderson.
For more information go to our New Pastor page. |

Terpstra Family Update
posted August 26, 2008 |
Dear TNL,
My wife Amy and I are planning to move our family to Mozambique, Africa next year. Almost ten years ago, when we first came to TNL, we were burned out on church and frustrated with the idea of doing ministry vocationally. I was still in seminary, but after two messy church experiences, the thought of graduating from school and working for a church didn’t sit well. But God used TNL to reconnect us to Christian community and to ministry. Now, after nearly a decade of serving and leading around TNL God has again used this community to change the direction we are headed...
