-  Wisdom in discerning who the final 2-3 candidates are with whom we should focus more relational interactions
-  Sensing the leading of God’s Spirit as we evaluate these potential candidates
-  Energy, time, and endurance in the additional work of this pastor search

For our applicants
-  Discernment to know if and how TNL might be the right fit for them
-  Continued faith and hope in God’s presence and leading during their process

For our future Teaching Pastor
-  That God would be preparing and leading their families toward this transition
-  Finishing well in their current ministry
-  Grace in leaving their current relationships and community
-  If they are not local, for the details surrounding a move from their current home to Denver
-  A smooth, quick, and enjoyable transition onto a new staff team and into the TNLC community
