The Next Level Church recently purchased 3220 South Acoma Street, located behind the Gothic Theater in downtown Englewood. Thanks to funds from a building campaign several years ago, we were able to pay cash for the facility. We have taken a $200,000 construction loan to renovate and remodel the building.

We are looking for 200 people who believe in the mission and purpose of TNLC who will make a one-time contribution of $1,000.
Together we hope to raise the loan amount of $200,000 by December 31, 2009.

Be one of 200 who believes…
in the unique role TNL serves in the Denver Metro area
TNL has been meeting on Tuesday since 1993
  • a safe place where people are “accepted here just as you are”
  • an environment where hundreds have been introduced and reintroduced to God and His Church
  • a community that encourages people to move into the next level of their faith

in using space to lead, teach, care, and create
3220 South Acoma will be a multi-use facility

  • Offices and meeting rooms for TNL leadership
  • Classroom and assembly area for teaching
  • Counseling office for assisting in healing and growth
  • Art gallery and community spaces for gatherings and events
  • Band and production areas for musicians and artists

in using Kingdom resources wisely
The purchase of this building strategically creates new financial opportunities

  • We limited our purchase price to available building funds from savings
  • Owning vs. renting will create a monthly net savings of over $2,000
  • Raising the construction loan amount will eliminate all debt for TNL
  • This realizes over $1,500 a month into the operations budget
  • We will give $500 a month of this savings to individuals and organizations outside TNL

in the future God has for TNL
We believe God wants The Next Level Church to extend its influence and impact

  • Encouraging the next generation of leaders, ministries, and faith communities
  • Serving as a unique and visible model of team leadership
  • Partnering with Dave Terpstra and his family as they move to Africa
  • Introducing Chip Anderson as the a teacher and leader in the community
